# Add registration form to online store

1. **From the Registration form builder, navigate to Form display settings.**

2. Select a theme that you want to publish the form, then choose where you want the form to be display:&#x20;

* Home
* Products (select product template to apply)
* Pages (select product template to apply)

3. Click on Publish button to navigate to the selected template witin Shopify theme editor

Finally, check it on the online store to make sure everything works well, and your form captured B2B customers information properly

Once your registration form is published, your B2B customers start submitting then you can manage all submissions via the Submission Management list.
