From these settings, you can choose:

#### Save products to shopping list from

This setting controls where buyers can add products to their shopping list on your storefront.

* Product page: Buyers can add items to a list from individual product pages. Best for stores where buyers browse and select products one at a time.
* Collection page: Buyers can add items directly from collection or category pages. Best for stores with large catalogs where buyers scan multiple products at once.

#### Action after customers create order

This setting controls what happens after a buyer submits an order from their shopping list.

* Add to Cart: Items from the shopping list are added to the buyer's cart. The buyer can review and edit the cart before completing checkout.
* Go to Checkout: Items are added to the cart and the buyer is taken directly to checkout. Best for buyers who reorder from a fixed list with no changes.

#### Allow customers to save cart as Shopping List

When enabled, buyers can save everything currently in their cart as a new shopping list in one click. The saved list includes all items and quantities from the cart at that moment.

#### Reset approved list to pending after order submission

When enabled, a shopping list that has been approved will automatically return to Pending status after an order is submitted from it. The list must be reviewed and approved again before the next order can be placed.

This applies to Junior Buyers and any role without shopping list approval permission, Senior Buyers and Admins are not affected.

{% hint style="info" %}
Use this setting if your store requires a Senior Buyer or Admin to review and re-approve a list before each order cycle. Leave it off if your team uses approved lists for recurring orders without needing re-approval each time.
{% endhint %}

3. Finally, click Save to update your new settings
