Starting March 23, 2026, we're introducing a fully modular pricing model — so you can grow at your own pace, and invest in the tools that move the needle for your business.
What's included and how it's priced
User & Permission is the foundation for access control of buying team management. From there, you choose the modules that power your B2B workflow:

You can start with a single module — say, B2B Registration to bring your wholesale applicants online — and expand when your operations call for it. There's no need to commit to a full suite before you're ready.
For merchants with more complex needs, the full module stack still gives you everything from onboarding and quoting to bulk ordering and credit management — all tightly integrated within your Shopify Plus store.
Early bird merchants — your plan is protected
If you joined Qikify B2B as an early bird, nothing changes for you. Your existing plan, pricing, and features remain exactly as they are. This is our way of saying thank you for your trust and support from the beginning.
Taking effect March 23, 2026
The new pricing goes live next week in March 23, 2026. If you're an existing customer on an early bird plan, you don't need to do anything. If you're evaluating Qikify B2B or looking to add new modules to your existing setup, now is a great time to explore what's available and build the configuration that fits your business.

What is the new module-based pricing model?
Instead of a single fixed-tier plan, you now subscribe only to the specific feature modules you need — such as B2B Registration, Quote Request, or Quick Order. Each module is priced independently, so you build a plan that fits your business rather than paying for a full bundle upfront.
Do I need to pay for User & Permission?
User & Permission is the foundation that powers access control and buying team management across all modules. It requires at least one additional paid module to be active alongside it.
I'm an early bird customer. Will my pricing change?
Not at all. If you joined Qikify B2B as an early bird merchant, your existing plan, pricing, and features remain completely unchanged. No action is needed on your end — everything continues as normal.
Can I add or remove modules after subscribing?
Yes. The modular model is designed to grow with your business. You can add new modules as your B2B operations expand or remove ones you no longer need, then it will cancel the old subscription and start with a new one.
When does the new pricing take effect, and what should I do to prepare?
The new pricing goes live on March 23, 2026. If you're an existing early bird customer, no action is needed. If you're a new merchant or looking to adjust your current setup, we recommend reviewing the available modules in our documentation and reaching out to our support team if you need help choosing the right combination for your store.
