# Shopping list

The Shopping lists is a saved list of selected variants (SKUs) and quantity. It is designed to help buyers easily manage their shopping needs. It allows users to create, edit, and organize their shopping lists efficiently for multiple purposes.

#### Benefits of shopping list <a href="#benefits" id="benefits"></a>

* Create **multiple shopping lists for multiple purposes**, never forget essential items. Enable buyers to save frequently ordered products and reorder them with minimal effort, which is critical for repeat transactions and year-round planning.
* Provides a centralized location to k**eep track of all shopping requirements** (needed items and quantities)
* **Shared with different departments or team members** —from procurement managers to finance officers— within a company for collaboration. This fosters collective decision-making, ensures that orders are optimized for all business needs, and can reduce errors often associated with fragmented communication
* Admin can assign user permissions, review and approve shopping lists. This ensures proper oversight, reduces unauthorized purchases.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://duos-b2b-documentation.gitbook.io/duos-b2b-wholesale/b2b-quick-order/shopping-list.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
