# Set up registration form

#### Setting up B2B registration form:

### Click on **Create form** to open the form builder

From the form editor screen, you can:

* Add new fields specific to your business needs
* Set field types (text, dropdown, checkbox, etc.)

* Edit placeholder, help text&#x20;
* Mark fields as required or optional
